I want to share my experience with Alfredo Jose Lopez, Blessed Contracting. My old brick patio was awful.  It was in 2 narrow levels, neither of which was large enough for my table & chairs, and the lower level flooded anytime it rained.

A coworker of mine told me about Alfredo and showed me pictures of his patio, so I included Alfredo when I collected estimates.  I was very specific about what I wanted.  I wanted to raise the lower level, and lower the upper level, widen it side to side, re-use the old bricks, and since I needed to add more square feet, I wanted the additional bricks to be placed in a nice pattern.  I may have been so specific, that some contractors didn’t want to work with me.

The other contractors either tried to talk me out of my intricate plan, or quoted such a high price that it was cost prohibitive, but Alfredo was excited about the job and kept saying “I’ll make you a beautiful patio”.  He also gave me a very fair price.  Not the lowest or the highest, but very fair.  The before and after pictures (attached) will blow you away.
Alfredo was so polite and easy to work with.  He started when he said he would, and finished on time.

My neighbors started to notice the work he was doing and after he was done with my patio, he did a few more in my neighborhood.  Everybody loves Alfredo.  A few months later, I decided that I shouldn’t clutter up my beautiful new patio with trans cans an recycling bins, so I asked him to build a shed for me.  Alfredo not only built it, he picked up the kit from Home Depot, delivered it to my house and built one for me, and one for my next door neighbor.

The round patterns are the new brick that was needed to increase the overall square feet, and the rest of the bricks were my original patio, re-used.
